Sound Bath

A Massage for Your Cells! This is an experience where you are immersed or “bathed” in sound waves of specific tones and frequencies that have the ability to heal your body and help you reach a deep state of relaxation. The session is designed to enhance a person’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. These sounds are created by a trained practitioner using various instruments such as traditional crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, cymbals, gongs, bells, tuning forks or chimes. Every cell in your body is made up of vibrating matter. During illness or disease the vibration in the cells is less effective or there’s a reduction in the frequency of their vibration. When your body is exposed to healing sounds, the vibrations help to raise the frequency of your cells which brings the body to its fullest function. Your role is to be open to the experience, just relax on the floor and let the sounds wash over you! BENEFITS: Relaxation Stress reduction Improved sleep Improved mindfulness Increased spiritual well-being Lowered blood pressure Improved mood by boosting positive energy Access to a deeper state of consciousness Clearing of the mind of distractions Reduction of negative emotions, like anger and frustration Treatment of mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety MAY: Leave you feeling calmer/less stressed Let your muscles feel looser and have a greater sense of relaxation Relieve pain Give you the ability to sleep better.
